About Me

When someone asks me to tell them about myself, I smile. The variety of things I have been blessed with in my life makes me realize how full my life is!

I can start by telling you that I raised my kids as a single mom, I love God and serving people.

My career was a performance coach. Although I still consult, I retired after 25 years as a certified performance coach. I had my own Performance Coaching Company. My goal for my clients was to identify their skills, talents, and blocks so they could work at peak performance while embracing balance in their lives.

I’m happily married to my crazy other half. We are blessed with a blended family of five kids and 12 rambunctious grandchildren.

I started painting about 10 years ago when I gave into a vision I’ve had since childhood of an easel in a vacant room with hardwood floors and a beautiful sunbeam. This vision only got stronger. So I bought some supplies, picked up a brush, dabbed it in some paint, and the rest is history. I’m a huge fan of color.

Before starting, I had to overcome my own self-made barriers. One was my fear of making mistakes. An artist friend told me there are no mistakes in art; everything is an interpretation. When I released that fear, beautiful, colorful art appeared. With that, I hope to splash your walls with colorful art that will make you smile and your heart sing.
